Jennifer Larson is a nursing student at Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, IL, where she will graduate in December 2018. After graduation and taking the NCLEX-RN, Jennifer hopes to move to Florida and possibly enroll in a master's program.

Jennifer's absolute favorite thing about nursing is the endless opportunities that are available. She loves having the opportunity to work in various specialties and live in different regions. Outside of school, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, and keeping up with her Instagram blog.

In her own words,

"I've wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl, and my dream of becoming one came true when I was accepted into Chamberlain College of Nursing. Since starting nursing school in September 2016, I've learned a lot about myself, new studying methods, and how to think like a nurse. In the clinical field, I've had many hands-on learning opportunities to enhance the development of becoming an extraordinary nurse. Additionally, it is rewarding to have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.

If you wanted to be treated like a nurse, you need to have self-confidence that you are the best nurse. To do that, you have to dress the part. Scrubs should be worn with pride and reflect the knowledge and care being given by a nurse."
