Medelita’s custom embroidery can span the range of needs: from a new residency post, to showing appreciation for your department during the holidays, to the excitement of a new practice. An example of a complex project took place a couple of months ago, when we were approached by the Chair of the Johns Hopkins Biophysics department to create something special for their graduate students. They wanted a “molecule” 6 inches in diameter embroidered on the lab coats, along with 3 lines of credentials above the pocket and the Johns Hopkins logo on the opposite side. Hmmm…complex yes, achievable – Absolutely!
We collaboratively designed the special logo we called “The Molecule” which measured 6” x 6” – double the size of our average logo. So large in fact that it had to be embroidered on the back of the coats.
The customer was thrilled with the result, so much so that they chose more Medelita lab coats as Thank You Gifts for key donors at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of The New Undergraduate Teaching Laboratories Building.
